Oldtone Roots Music Festival's mission is to celebrate and preserve the folk traditions of music and dance.

We are curating a festival solely dedicated to the real, organic handmade music of the traveling, rambling musicians who have dedicated their lives to these unique art forms.

The festival features traditional mountain fiddling, bluegrass, hot swing, classic country, brass, cajun and contra music. A family-friendly full camping festival with children's activities, dancing, hands-on instrument workshops led by world-class musicians, instrument and band contests, local farm-to-table food, libations, and exceptional national & regional acts on our main, dance, & workshop stages.

We celebrate traditional American forms of folk and partner dancing, contra, square, swing, and cajun dance lessons and dancing.

Oldtone is the good ol’ days. I have never had such fun playing music as I did in the dancing tent in the Oldtone Country Revue - the smell of sawdust from the freshly built stage, the twinkling lights, and the warm summer air on our skin as dancers twirled and two-stepped by. Oldtone is a dream.

Oldtone Roots Music Festival has that perfect buzz, the feeling you get when you know you are part of something great. It has that small time country feel where you can get an intimate experience with real roots music.

Oldtone Festival, where musicians make new music in old tones. Where the music drifts across the rolling hills.

The music is carefully curated and fills the outdoors with pure old-timey magic! The musicians are cats dedicated to playing the music as it originally was heard live and that is special!

This is THE festival not to miss. The stage acts are superb, of the highest quality. Having all these performers together in one place and time defies probability.
