Food vendors 

Thank you for your interest in vending at The Oldtone Roots Music Fest! Please be advised, Oldtone Productions takes great care to ensure that the vendors we use do a decent business and customers get a quality product. Therefore we adjust the number of spaces available to match the number of tickets sold. We will select providers so as to provide a variety of products, including local and healthy options. The event is being held September 7-10 , 2017, rain or shine. The gates will open at 9AM on the Thursday, Sept 7th and will close at 5pm Sunday, Sept 10th. Vendors may be open for business anytime during this timeframe and are expected to be open as much as possible between 12pm-11pm each day. No alcohol sales are permitted. All food vendors are encouraged to use biodegradable or recyclable serveware and to sell pre-packaged goods in recyclable containers when possible (we can provide you with sources). Aluminum cans are preferred over plastic; no Styrofoam or glass containers please.

What Oldtone Provides
The festival will provide an assigned space and 2 vending passes for primary food vendors , vending space with nearby access to water, limited electrical hook up, and toilet facilities. Beyond these measures Cool Whisper Farm andOldtone Productions LLC assume no responsibility or liability for materials, equipment or other items brought by the vendor to Oldtone.

Setup and Removal
Vendors must set up between 8am and 11am Thursday Sept 7th. Vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the festival and may begin breakdown no sooner than 2pm Sunday. Breakdown must be completed by 5pm on Sunday. Vendors are required to ensure their space is cleared of trash and debris prior to final departure.

Note: Due to the nature of our environment (possibility of high winds, etc) , no easy-up may be left standing overnight. You must collapse all easy-ups by dusk each day. All vendor tents/shade tents must be securely anchored. 

Compliance
All vendors are responsible for any and all compliance with local and state tax and Health Department regulations.

Liability insurance is required by each vendor. 

All food vendors must arrive on site with their permits in place from the Columbia County Environmental Health Division.

Fee
Food Vendor Fee: $600

You will be provided with a 20' x 20' space for all 4 days of festival (Sept 7-10). You will also be provided with 2 full festival passes. 

If approved, payment must be received within 1 month of being accepted.

Thank you for your interest in vending at our event. Please be advised, limited sites are available. The event is being held September 7-10 2017, rain or shine. The gates will open at 9am Thursday, Sept 7th and the last performance will be over by 5 pm Sunday. Vendors may be open for business anytime during this time frame and are expected to be open as much as possible between 12pm-11pm each day. No alcohol sales are permitted. Oldtone Productions reserves the right to restrict the sales of any items for any reason.

What Oldtone Provides
The festival will provide two vending passes per approved applicant, and vending space with minimal lighting available. Limited electrical hookup is available; generators are not allowed in merchandise vending area.  Small camper or car camping is allowed immediately behind vending tent. Cool Whisper Farm and Oldtone Productions LLC assume no responsibility or liability for materials, equipment or other items brought by the vendor to Oldtone . Vendor must provide their own tent, table and chairs.

Vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the festival .  Breakdown must be completed by 5pm on Sunday.  Vendors are required to ensure their space is cleared of trash and debris prior to final departure and that recyclables have been separated into available recycling containers.
